These two pictures were taken the same summer. The first one in the Scottish Island of Staffa, showing formations around Fingal's Cave, called columnar basalt. The second one in London, an ephemeral construction at the Sepentine Gardens by Danish Architect Bjark Ingels. Isn’t the resemblance striking ?
